VALE Lake Wylie

VALE is a wellness-driven community combining apartments, shops, and offices in the Lake Wylie – Clover area just south of Charlotte. The first offering of this kind in the area, VALE will be both National Green Globes & WELL Certified. For more info visit: www.valecampus.com

The VALE campus will be built in three phases. The first phase, now under construction, comprises 246 Class A apartments. Amenities range from a resort-style saltwater pool, dry and wet saunas, a courtyard, co-working suites, state of the art fitness center, game rooms, and multiple lounges.

Phases 2 and 3 will include a med spa, market deli, and juice bar. There will also be an additional 25,000 square feet of commercial space targeting a farm to table restaurant, boutique shops, and offices.

The community’s 25-acre master plan includes a central green for events and gatherings, walking trails, and a scenic pond.

BB+M is the project architect for VALE, ESP Associates the project engineering firm & landscape architect, and RJ Kearey Construction is the general contractor. Pinnacle Bank is the construction lender for the project.
