In October of 2014, ARCHETYPE Investments purchased an existing 163-unit property on the west side of Charlotte, NC, that had been neglected for some time.
Archetype Investments immediately went to work, investing substantial capital in order to complete extensive renovations to the interior and exterior unit infrastructure. Additionally, there was a complete restructuring of the property management in order to facilitate on-going maintenance and continued renovations of the property.
1701 Cityview has now been recognized as a Redevelopment Opportunity Zone for the City of Charlotte.
